Pam & I had a fantastic time on our cruise. Great value for money & it was worth while spending the extra to upgrade to a balcony stateroom.
Le Meridien in Papeete was also fantastic, our room was superb with ocean views, 5 star luxury with everything at your finger tips.

As promised here is my report on our August Trip.
Firstly, thank you very much for organising such a well balanced and interesting
trip. Everything went as scheduled and we enjoyed it very much. Lufthansa is a
top class airline. It would be hard to fault it in terms of service, food, wines
and comfort. Highly recommended.
It is difficult to describe adequately the Regent experience which starts from
the time you embark until you disembark. Perhaps in one word - magnificent. Top
quality wines were free for the evening meals. Soft drinks and bottled water
were free at all times, When we arrived, my wife was presented with a 1 lt
bottle of top quality brandy. No tipping expected. Quality service was the
culture displayed by all the cruise staff. We also enjoyed very much the Circle
of Interest (Art, Design and Museum Culture). This added another dimension to
the cruise. This cruise line is highly recommended and we want to go again.
We have cruised a number of times with the Pacific Princess in the Owners Suite,
but the Regent experience is at least 2+ stars better in all aspects.
OVERALL
A great tour, well paced and good value for money. Thanks to you Sue.

Dear Best Cruises,
This year in May my family and I went on our first overseas trip on the Pacific
Star to the South Pacific. We were so excited when we first booked.....told
everyone about the great deal we got .... that.. by the time we actually boarded
the ship we were accompanied by 32 friends and family from Rockhampton, where we
live.

Here's the little summary about the good ship Funchal that I was talking about.
For my part, I’m very pleased ... to have had the experience of the long sea
voyage from the New World back to the Old ...the fascination of going through a
continuous progression of oceans, climates, geographies, and different ports ...
most intriguing and stimulating ... service and food were fine, and the cruise
was very well priced at A$220 each per night in a reasonable cabin with picture
window, gratuities included, and drinks at very reasonable prices.

Hi Carl,
Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our trip, and the Mirimar Hotel in
Honolulu was great, everything went without a hitch, and so glad I joined Qantas
Frequent Flyer as we had mostly travelled by Asian Airlines, so were pleasantly
surprised with Qantas since our last trip with them.
The freestyle cruising took a bit of getting used to along with the number of
passengers after Crystal and Raddison trips, but for the price, unbelievable
value and the cuisine equally as good and with so many options as regards
restaurants etc.!! The waiters and staff all excellent. We took too many "fancy
clothes" but will know next time and will take half, and leave room in our cases
for shopping!.
Once again, thanks for booking the trip for us and I will certainly use Best
Cruises again and recommend it to friends.
Cant wait for the next one!!

Good morning Gary
I wanted to bring to your attention the extraordinary service provided by Monika.
My first dealings with Monika were approx 2 years ago when she took over a group booking from (another) consultant.
Since then Monika has continued to provide tremendous service which has lead to me booking two further cruises - one to South America in Nov 2004 and most recently a Mediterranean cruise we are looking forward to in October this year. It is in the booking of this latest trip that I believe Monika has surpassed even her own high standards.
I initially attempted to book a trip several months ago but the best we could manage was to be added to the wait list. When it became apparent that we had missed this opportunity, I discussed several other possibilities with Monika before she rang me about 10 days ago to alert me to a new offering which was about to be launched. When she became aware of the new package she recognised that this would be of interest to me and acted immediately to request the wholesaler to reserve a cabin for me. The package was released last Friday and I'm pleased to say that our deposit was paid yesterday. Not only was a cabin reserved for us, but the cabin allocated is one that I mentioned to Monika in conversation several months ago, that I would prefer if we had our pick of cabins! Now that is service!
I have mentioned to Monika previously that I have taken the liberty of making reference to the level of service she provides and the fantastic manner in which she engages people, in coaching sessions within my own business. I've also recommended
Best Cruises to a significant number of friends and colleagues who now subscribe to your newsletter.
Monika is an asset to your business and I have no hesitation in recommending her for the highest honour/recognition which might be available within any Internal Rewards program you have.
