"..wonderful
cruise.." |
Sent: Thursday, 24 Nov 2005
Attention: Monika
Just to let you know that we are back safely from
our cruise to Mexico on the Norwegian Star. We had a
wonderful time and the arrangements worked out very
well except for the inevitable delays in the USA
trying to get through Immigration. However, United
Airlines were very helpful in arranging alternative
flights so we were not delayed too long. We only had
a couple of problems. It was hard to communicate
with NCL directly from Australia about shore
excursions ... but with the help of the staff on the
ship we worked it out.
The only other problem we had was that there were at
least three birthday messages sent to the ship on my
birthday and we did not receive any of them which
concerns me... Otherwise we had a wonderful cruise
and would recommend the Norwegian Star as a great
ship.
Thank you for all your assistance

Just to not to advise that we have arrived back from
our holiday and I just wanted to say thanks for all
your help. I was extremely impressed with NCL and
particularly the Norwegian Wind. I would highly
recommend to anyone as the food, service and
condition of the ship were exceptional to say the
least...
Thanks again, I hope this feedback helps. I will
give you a call next time I look to cruise, hopeful
not be too far away.
P.S. Thanks for recommending the higher class cabin
on the ship. Well worth it. The suite was
fantastic!!!

Hi
This was my first cruise, I found the Melody very
clean and the choice of food great. But the best of
all was the youngsters that got us off our backsides
and on to exercise----games---and dancing, a
fantastic group of people. I would highly recommend
this ship and all in it.

We had the most wonderful time on the QE2, it was
fantastic. A trip of a lifetime. We were asked to
sit at the Captains table for the entire cruise! The
excursions were so well organised even though the
ship was completely full. The standard of food and
the service were excellent.
Thanks for your help Monika

Dear Monika We have just returned from our 6
week journey which included 19 days on the Carnival
Spirit. Every thing we did by e-mail went off with
out a hitch. The ship was excellent, great
states room, Thank you. Suggest that all your
customers should try a balcony. We had balmy weather
so depending on what was happening on either side so
we moved from Port to Starboard. Mostly in Tee
shirts, however cold and wet weather gear was needed
at the Athabascia Glacier, and in the Alaskan
ports.
Vancouver, Glacier Bay, Lake Louise, the Hawaiian
islands all excellent and these are but to name a
few of the places we ventured. The whole trip was
wonderful. Particularly when the lot was done by
e-mail and without one hiccup. Thank you again it
was indeed a great trip Cheers Judy and Bernie |

"..awesome time.." |
Sent: Monday, 3 Oct 2005
Hi Monika
Just a quick email to let you know we had the most
awesome time on our cruise. It was my first time and
I was blown away.
You booked us on the 12 day Mediterranean cruise
from Southampton sailing on 18th July this year. I
am pretty sure that we booked a cabin on the 5th
deck on the inside but when we came to check in –
voila!!! We had been upgraded to level 4 with an
outside cabin and instead of the Mauritania
Restaurant – we dined in the Caronia Restaurant! I
can tell you that the service was excellent –
probably the only complaint we would have is that
there was too much food!!!! Ha ha ha ha We had to do
quite a few ‘strolls’ around the deck after dinner
at night. We will definitely be looking forward to
our next cruise – sometime in the future.
Thanking you and your staff so much for organising
it for us.
Best regards

Hi Monika
Well we have safely returned from our trip and as
promised I am letting you know how it all went.
Honolulu was fun, Alaska breathtaking, San Francisco
vibrant and Canada spectacular. We packed in as much
as humanly possible in all of the places that we
visited, so much so that we had to give Mum a couple
of afternoons off to catch up on some rest. The
accommodation, tours and cruise were exceptionally
well run and we really could not fault anything. I
would travel again any day with Cosmos or Princess
Cruises...
In short we had a wonderful holiday and we thank you
for all of the work that you put in to make it so. I
will talk to you again, next year hopefully, when I
am looking at my next holiday. I best take my
husband this time.
Once again thank you for all of your assistance.

"..unbelievable.." |
Sent: Friday, 30 Sep 2005
Hello...
Guess what! We just got back from cruising on the
Norwegian Wind in Hawaii and it was a real blast. A
fantastic cruise around all of the Hawaiian islands
and the price was unbelievable. You get your airfare
to and from Hawaii cruise for 10 nights on the
fabulous Norwegian Wind (with full international
crew) includes all entertainment port charges and
tipping fees (yanks pay US$10 per person per day)
your cabin is a lot bigger than the P&O line with a
double porthole window for ……..wait for
it…………..$1979 per person.
For this deal you have to book through Best
Cruises.com they are located on the web site and
work from West Australia you should check it out. It
was the same company we had used for the P&O cruise
very reputable and I would have no hesitation in
recommending them to anyone. A fabulous person, Sue
handled both bookings for us minimum fuss and
answered all our queries very promptly a real
pleasure to do business with them and we will
certainly continue to use them in the future...

Hi Monika,
We arrived home just an hour late due to delay in
loading in KL.
Thankyou for all the arrangements, everything just
fell into place at all times. We were upgraded by
MIA from Brisbane to KL to Business for the entire
journey to LHR.
The QE II was an incredible experience that we
loved. We were upgraded from Caronia class into the
Brittania Grill restaurant. Cabin in the middle and
in a quiet area on Deck 2 (2042), just near the
Internet suite.
The Shangri La was a superb stop especially the
Lemon Tree restaurant.
Thank you for all your attention to details. We had
a great time now saving for the next trip!!

Hi Monika
I have just arrived back at work after our honeymoon
to Hawaii. Thank you so much for the organising the
best holiday I have ever had. The Pride of Aloha was
a very beautiful ship and the destinations were
amazing. It was a great experience to be able to see
hot new lava flowing from the volcanoes into the
sea, something that everybody on the ship got to
experience. Honolulu was different to what I
expected but nether the less still amazing and an
enjoyable place to holiday. The breakfast provided
by the hotel was a little bit different to what we
thought a continental breakfast would be.
Thank you once again for all of your help and I will
definitely be contacting you for any future

We were much impressed by her prompt replies to all

dear sir
I like your web site it is what I have been looking
for, my wife and I like cruising around the south
pacific and you have that covered very well.
We have been on 13 cruises so far, and again on
September the 10th we are sailing on the pacific sun
which we are looking forward to.
Keep up the good work and send me any bargains you
get by e-mail, as I am always on the look out for
cheap cruises (We like to go once a year so we are
looking at October or November 2006.)
But that could change if a real bargain came our way

What can I say! Thank you for your help is
organizing a “holiday of a lifetime”. New York to
Sydney on the QE2 was the best most fantastic
experience. We LOVED New York and the 36 days spent
on the QE2 will be always in our minds. The QE2 is a
grand old lady and the crew were absolutely
fabulous, we were thoroughly spoiled and very sorry
when it was time to leave. We are now committed to
saving very hard and completing the Round the World
Cruise from Sydney to New York as soon as possible.
We made wonderful new friends and visited exotic
ports as a bonus.

I would like to report that the trip well

the ship is relatively small, and quite old, all
aspects of the service, facilities and entertainment

The ship (Voyager of the Seas - Royal Caribbean) was
incredible!! I can't imagine how amazing the
Navigator must be being a bit newer, but we were in
total awe of the Voyager. It was so huge and plenty
of things to do (and a fair few Aussies on the crew
which made it that much more enjoyable!), excellent
service and facilities. It seems like it's based
more for the upper class, the main dining area was
incredibly formal and we only ate there once (we're
very simple people) and ate every nite at Johnny
Rockets instead. But the balcony room was fantastic,
the ensuite was better than the hotels we stayed in
in the USA, and the stateroom attendant made your
bed in the morning, then turned it down at nite for
you (and made animals with your towels for
decoration). We had an absolute ball We spoke to a
few Americans who were regular cruisers, and they
all said it was the best ship they had sailed on so
far. We definitely want to go again and we wouldn't
go with any other cruise liner, hopefully we can get
on the Navigator next time, or even the new one
that's due to come out very soon which is even
bigger!
There was mostly middle-aged and elderly people on
the ship (very few singles) and lots of kids, they
seemed to have a really good kids program. And
although there's a lot of people on the ship, it's
big enough that it doesn't feel crowded at all. The
shopping in the ports was fantastic too, we came
back with a third suitcase full of buys!!!Lauren |

"most memorable" |
Sent: Tuesday, 25 January 2005
What a wonderful holiday. We had perfect weather the whole time and calm seas for the cruise. Money well spent. We hired a red convertible in Rarotonga and had a ball. The reviews you read on sites such as cruise critic don't do the Tahitian Princess justice. The ship was terrific, food and staff excellent. We only had one problem with a bar supervisor.
The most memorable part of the trip was Marc's picnic in the water on the motu at Huahine, sitting up to our necks in water drinking beer.
