Just wanted to say thanks for a wonderful holiday, where everything went smoothly. Air Canada was the only airline that offers seniors a discount and if it wasn't for you, we might not of known about it. Our cruise on the Diamond Princess from Vancouver to Los Angeles was fabulous. Cabins were great (just to let you know, if you can't get connecting cabins for clients, the balcony cabins can connect via the balcony for easy access for families. Personal Choice Dinning is the way to go, you can eat at a different restaurant every night at a time of your choice. Much better than the set dinner times.

Anyway, many thanks for helping me make this trip memorable for my parents.

Just wanted to let you know that my wife and I have returned from the trip to Canada, France and England, returning via Vancouver Island and the "Celebrity" Alaska cruise.

All your bookings were perfect and the cruise on "Infinity" defies description. Given the reason for contacting you in the first place, I would like to say how absolutely wonderful your service was and I would have no hesitation in using or recommending you in the future.

If you don't remember, I was terribly frustrated by my local travel agent who would not, or could not, make any Air Canada bookings - that airline appeared to be the only way we could access a reasonable fare to Europe and return via Canada. You did it within 24 hours and explained the problem with Air Canada. You then booked the Celebrity cruise in a balcony stateroom at a terrific price, which was worth every cent!

Just to fill you in on our Captain Cook cruise on the Reef Endeavour. We had a wonderful time. All the staff were most atentative and service excellent. The meals were good without being over the top. We had a great time off the boat with activities and as they had their own glass bottom boat is was easy to get off and on. Weather was perfect so a good time was had by all. Thanks for your help and hope we can sail again some time in the future.

Hi Lisa, I would just like to let you know that our holiday to Canada and the Alaskan cruise was absolutely fabulous. The Summit was 5 star all the way, the meals, the entertainment, the staff were fantastic they could not do anything more for you if they wanted to. Everything was so clean - they were always cleaning everywhere so that no one would get sick. So if anyone asks what the cruise ship was like you can tell them. We had no hitches everything went perfect, until 1 bag was left behind in L.A. on the way back to Sydney but we got it the next day so all's well. So Lisa thank you very much once again and we will be contacting you when our next holiday is due.

Hello Elizabeth,

I am back from my fantastic holiday and have already got into the rut of working.

I send this message to thank you very, very much for organising such a wonderful holiday for me and my wife Linda.

The Celebrity cruise was excellent. It was far beyond my expectations. The service, food, entertainment and treatment was just excellent. I cannot fault them for anything. Even the shore excursions were very well organised and suitably priced. We were lucky with the weather, the sea was not choppy, except on the 10th day when we were heading for the last stop called Coco Cay. However, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because the Captain changed the destination and took us to Nassau - which I thought was a far better stop (because I am not a 'beach person').

I was amazed at how pretty the islands are. Mind you, I come from the old Portuguese colony called Goa, and am used to pristine palm-fringed beaches. However, the islands were even better. The people in St. Kitts, Grenada, Barbados and the Bahamas speak such correct English, it gave me an inferiority complex. They were also very polite.

The Cosmos tour was also very nice. My wife enjoyed it more than I did. There is nothing that I could fault about the tour, just that I was not impressed with the place that I was longing to see - New Orleans.

All in all, it was a great holiday, and I do thank you for all the arrangements and bookings that went exactly according to plan. I have decided on my next holiday which will definitely be a cruise - hopefully some time in October 04 (if I get the leave approved) or failing that, it will be in May, 05.

Until I contact you next, all the very best, and thanks again for everything you did for me and my wife.
