I just want to thank you for all the work you did regarding our planned trip to Canada that unfortunately had to be cancelled at the last moment. I take full responsibility for the mad rush and appreciate that you were doing your best to bring the whole thing together with such little notice and time.

Hi Emma,

Arthur & I have just returned last Thursday evening from our 40th wedding anniversary celebration in Hawaii and in particular our 7 night cruise on Pride of America around the Hawaiian Islands.

I want to say the biggest thank you to you for giving us the best cabin 11540, portside, so we sailed past all the islands and could take pictures and see them from the privacy of our own balcony. The stewardess we had was a beautiful lady and we did have some conversations with her too.

We cannot fault Pride of Amercia at all....we are two very very very satisfied customers. The Shore Excursions I booked online not long before we went, the documentation etc. were waiting for us at our cabin with meeting times etc. We were also allowed in our cabin from 2pm even though we didn't sail until 8 pm from Honolulu. Our bags were at our door by 2.30 so we could unpack and settle in early.

It was a wonderful experience and I just wanted to let you know how we appreciated your help in planning this and in answering all my questions along the way.

We would recommend Bestcruises to friends and family in the future.

Hi Zoey,

Thought I would give you some brief feedback on our Pacific Sun trip to Broome that we completed on Sunday.

Firstly we had a GREAT time. Our expectations weren't inflated because it is marketed as a 3 - 3.5 star ship and our expectations were exceeded in every regard.

Our cabin was spacious,clean and well appointed. The quality, variety and quantity of the food at the Bordeaux Restaurant was first class and the service was sensational.

Embarkation and disembarkation was smooth and well organised... the nightly entertainment was fantastic - top quality guest performances and regular entertainers were a highlight for us. The activities which seemed to run 24/7 catered for every interest and age group possible. There is no way you could be bored on this ship. Although there were a large number of children on board being school holidays they were so well catered for that it wasn't an issue for passengers seeking a quiet trip.

I think the friendly, personal service was probably the most impressive thing about the cruise. It didn't seem to matter where you were on the ship you were greeted with a smile and a welcome. Whether it was to do with the not so good publicity the Pacific Sun has been getting I don't know - I think it was normal - we got the impression the staff enjoyed their jobs. I was particularly impressed by the extra efforts of the staff to provide for the needs of my elderly parents. I would certainly recommend the ship for passengers in wheelchairs. Movement within the cabin and around the ship was very easy.

The passengers who we spoke to all seemed to be having a really good time and there seemed to be a number of first-timers.

Thank you again for your part in our enjoyable cruise - we were very happy with the smooth booking process and assistance you provided. We are looking forward to our next cruise in May and hope to fit another one in later this year or early next year - will be in touch.

Hi Marissa and Carl,

Having a wonderful time, the Antarctica cruise was "THE BEST" the standard of service, food, lectures, zodiac landings, far exceeded our expectations.. The lecturers were very much top of their field eg Franz Bairlain is a Director, Professor, Doctor of a German University, his CV and the others were astounding.

The Prince Albert II Silversea, is a ship that you can VERY confidently sell to your customers.

The weather was fantastic, until we got to the Drake Passage and then it was 10m waves and 104klm winds aarrgghh Jeanette, was very seasick, for the first time in her life !! Must be the aging process!!! New for 2010 was 24 hour butler service... this was a true godsend when I was so sea sick and we both had bad colds caught from many Americans who boarded coughing and sneezing...many cups of tea and toast, brought by our Butler. Albert. The ship Dr was wonderful, a quick jab after 24 hours of "head in bucket" and wow no sea sickness. It was worth the $190 US.

On one occasion we could not land as is was a bit too choppy, so we had a 1 ½ hour zodiac tour instead. Due to the great weather we were able to land at Bailly Head, a rare feat apparently. At all times they had the passengers safety a priority. One day they evacuated us early from an island due to the rising katabatic wind, but once again a long zodiac tour was done. Walking amongst all those penguins, seals etc and viewing all the sea birds, was truly exciting.

The all inclusiveness was wonderful.

We have booked another cruise for next year... we look forward to sailing many times in the future with them.

Yesterday the charter flight was 3 hours late arriving at Ushuaia, no problem for Silversea, they made sure that all passengers with connecting flights were looked after and rebooked if necessary etc. Or hotels found. Then loaded us all on to buses and took us on a tour of Terre del Feugo National Park, then to a lovely lunch and then to the airport, their representatives were always available and everywhere. This truly is 6 star service. We have travelled extensively and this was brilliant.

Happy New Year !!

We would like to thank you for your expert help organising our first cruise to New Zealand on the beautiful Sun Princess in Nov. 2009. We didn't know what to expect when we boarded in Sydney, but were blown away with every aspect of the cruise, especially the wonderful service and hospitality provided on the ship. We booked land tours in every port and the crew were very organised at getting everyone to the correct place at the right time. The food and entertainment on board were top class. My husband Chris thought before we left that he might get a bit bored (especially since I banned him taking his laptop), but he had a wonderful time with loads of things to do, and he even won a trivia competition on board.........

Thank you again for your wonderful service, and giving us the opportunity to explore wonderful NZ, and we have already booked our next cruise around the Mediterranean in May.
