The Cruise on the Norwegian Pearl was amazing, breathtaking, and very relaxing. Dear Carl,

Just to let you know that we are home after a great trip. The hotels you booked were really good, especially in Buenos Aires. We left the bulk of our luggage there when we went to Iguassu and were very pleased as there was a limit of 15kg on those flights.

We were unable to join a tour to the Burj Al Arab in Dubai as there are only a few places and it was booked out. However the hotel was able to book us in for the Ultimate High Tea independently. They will not allow you in without a booking. It was a great experience.

Our cruise, from which we have just returned, was excellent. At "book-in" we were surprised to find that we'd been upgraded to a balcony cabin (we were originally booked on Deck C, but found ourselves on Deck B), which was a real bonus!!

We were a group of 16 the service we received from yourself and the team at Best Cruises was just wonderful.

I have just got back from my 50th birthday cruise celebration on the Pacific Dawn cruising the south pacific islands. The cruise left from Sydney on Friday 18 January and we returned back to Sydney on 25 January. What a FANTASTIC TIME we all had. It was a once in a life time experience and something which we all will never forget.

I would like to give a HUGE COMPLIMENT TO ADAM OSBORNE for all his help in organizing this cruise for me, my partner Lindsay, my sister Tracey and her partner Dennis. He was so very helpful, friendly and extremely patient at all times when I had many questions and queries regarding this cruise. He was always contactable and always returned calls and emails promptly. I found Adam to be highly professional, knowledgeable and to be a great asset to your company and because of Adam I will be booking further cruises with you and would like Adam to look after me.

I would like to thank Best Cruises for making my 50th BIRTHDAY such a memorable and unforgettable occasion. I just wanted to thank you for your help when we booked our Sun Princess cruise departing on 19 December 2007. The process was so smooth and easy and you were always very prompt in responding to our enquiries.

We had such a wonderful time and virtually our whole dinner table (of strangers) had booked through you so you are obviously doing a very good job.
